Role Overview: An experienced, confident GP with ideally two years recent experience working independently in a private or NHS surgery. We consider applicants with less experience if they have NHS experience.

Operations Manager – Women’s Health Dulwich (Closed)
We provide a range of services for adults and children specialising in women’s health, paediatrics, private GP, physiotherapy and colposcopy.
Role overview: Responsible for day‑to‑day running of the clinic, working closely with consultants, staff and the existing management team.
Key responsibilities:
- Finance management, invoicing for self‑pay and insurance patients, organising payments
- Organising rota, human resources
- Communicating with third‑party suppliers and services (e.g., laboratory finance)
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and Health & Safety requirements
Skills and abilities:
- Substantial front office healthcare experience
- Experience in operational finance/accounting within healthcare
- BA(Hons) in Accounting and Finance or equivalent (ACCA/CIMA qualification desirable)
- Knowledge of Xero and related systems
- Ability to prepare monthly management accounts and reconciliations
- Experience invoicing in healthcare (Healthcode, Xero, insurance companies)

Phlebotomist (HCA)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Phlebotomist / HCA to provide the highest standards of care during phlebotomy and sample collection in our gynaecology and obstetrics services.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Provide the highest standards and safe care for patients requiring phlebotomy
- Assist clinicians during examinations and procedures
- Deliver professional, prompt service and work with multidisciplinary team
- Ensure mandatory protocol and turnaround times for results
- Communicate any difficulties regarding patient care to the manager
Skills & experience:
- Extensive recent experience in phlebotomy with diverse patient groups
- Experience in UK healthcare environment, providing care to patients
- Competency in adult (and preferably paediatric) phlebotomy using Vacutainer system
- Good understanding of pathology investigations, health and safety, infection control and patient confidentiality
Hours: 3 days a week, days to be agreed.
