SC Cleared Project Manager – Aruba & Network Security Projects

We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex Aruba network infrastructure and network security projects within a secure enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end network transformation, refresh, and security programmes, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to deployment and handover.
• Lead Aruba networking projects, including LAN, WLAN, and network infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate network security initiatives involving firewalls, access control, segmentation, and security compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation, and status reporting.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, technical architects, engineers, and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and change management processes.
• Drive project delivery within secure and regulated environments.

Required Experience:

• Active SC Clearance (essential).
• Proven experience delivering Aruba networking projects, including wireless and network infrastructure deployments.
• Strong background managing network security projects.
• Experience working with technologies such as Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Central, switching, wireless networking, NAC, and security controls.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, security principles, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within government, defence, public sector, or other highly regulated environments is highly desirable.
• PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
