Shopfloor Production Lead for ERP Rollout (12-month)

Morgan Advanced Materials in Corby is seeking a Production Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to keep production safe, steady, and on plan while an ERP system is introduced. The role is hands‑on, leading shopfloor teams and maintaining output during the transition.

You will partner with the Operations Manager, Quality and Planning to resolve issues, drive improvements and sustain performance, with a clear focus on safety, quality and delivering against schedule.
