Skanska is delivering major rail infrastructure as part of the HS2 Main Works. As Rail Terminal Supervisor, you will ensure safety, asset efficiency and cost control across Willesden Euro Terminal and West Ruislip terminal, coordinating with TBM teams and logistics planning to optimise performance.

You will lead on-site staff, implement Lean practices, manage contractors, and investigate incidents to uphold high safety standards and project reliability.
