Attendance Champion for School Improvement

Monkwearmouth Academy is seeking an Attendance Officer to support better attendance across the school. The role involves working with students and families to remove barriers to attendance and raise overall achievement.

You will input, analyse and monitor attendance data, undertake home visits, and carry out administration tasks related to attendance. The post requires knowledge of attendance policies, strong communication, and safeguarding awareness.
