Deputy Manager, Children’s EBD Home – Lead & Develop Team

Purosearch Ltd Rochdale is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Good-rated Ofsted 3-Bed Children’s EBD Residential Home. You will lead the staff team, deputise for the Registered Manager and ensure high standards of care.

The role offers two permanent contract options (197-hour or 236-hour) with a sleep-in allowance and a flexible rota. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and safeguarding knowledge are essential.
