Inclusion & Behaviour Support Officer

Leigh Academy Rainham is seeking an Inclusion Officer to support students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs within a mainstream setting. You will lead targeted interventions, manage individual support plans, and collaborate with families and staff to foster empathy, accountability and personal growth.

This permanent role offers 37 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week, with working hours 8:00am–4:00pm Monday to Friday and a 3:30pm finish on Wednesdays.
