Care Home Manager – Lead Dementia Care & Team Growth

Runwood Homes is seeking an experienced Home Manager to oversee daily operations of the home, manage staff, and support their professional growth while ensuring exceptional levels of care for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in home management with good CQC results, NVQ Level 5 qualification (or working towards it), and strong skills in person-centred care planning for residents living with dementia.
