The Role
Direct to Brand (D2B) Sales
- Identifying and targeting brand-side prospects directly: in-house marketing, creative and content teams
- Building and owning a pipeline of D2B leads across key sectors, including healthcare, sport and emerging tech industries
- Pitching Graceful Monkey’s services confidently and with conviction: in person, over the phone and on a deck
- Reconnecting with dormant brand contacts and finding new routes into existing client organisations
- Attending industry events and conferences to represent the brand and build genuine relationships
- Facilitating referrals and making word-of-mouth work hard for us
Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Overseeing targeted outreach campaigns to key brand-side decision-makers
- Overseeing or advising on our social channels to keep us active, relevant and growing
- Staying across the industry groups, lists and platforms where our next client might be looking
- Working with the team to identify new sectors where our “simplify the complex” approach is a natural fit
- Building a repeatable, consistent sales process, not just chasing the next brief
- Managing and automating our CRM process, and keeping the team informed on pipeline status
- Collaborating with production and creative leadership to ensure pitches are sharp and proposals land well
- Feeding market intelligence back into the business: what brands need, what’s shifting, and where the opportunities are
Your Story
- A genuine network of brand-side contacts, and the hunger and skill to expand it
- Solid experience in business development, account management or client liaison, ideally developing services or solutions, with a bonus if they’re creatively based
- A great communicator and team player (fluent English is essential)
- A desire for genuine growth: through helping and solving, not selling quick and dirty
- Positive, authentic and articulate: people buy into personality and honesty
- Friendly, candid and reliable: clients return when they know we don’t let them down or BS them to get a sale
- You back yourself, and your team
- An interest in (or knowledge of) CG, VR/AR, interactive or live events is a real advantage
- Social media savvy: you know how to use LinkedIn to build networks, rather than as a spam machine to “pitch-slap” people
- An always-on mindset: ready to act fast when the moment calls for it
- We’re open to part-time working (careers don’t have to be limited by family commitments)
Our Backstage

- A performance-led bonus
