Building Services Manager
We are currently looking for a Building Services Manager for our client who are a well‑known and reputable M&E Contractor operating in the UK.
Our client would like the building services manager to have a mechanical bias / come from a mechanical background as the projects to be looked after will be heavily mechanical.
The projects to be delivered will be in the commercial fit‑out, life‑sciences and labs sectors, so the manager should have experience delivering these types of projects.
The projects are high‑value major projects, therefore the successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar‑sized projects.
The salary for the successful candidate will be dependent on experience and expertise.
