Warehouse Team Manager – Lead Fast-Paced Shifts & Safety

GXO Logistics is seeking two full‑time, permanent Team Managers for our Rockingham site in Corby. You will lead warehouse teams across rotating 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shifts, driving safety, productivity and service standards.

The role is on-site with a salary of £30,000–£32,000 and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. You will motivate colleagues, maintain high safety standards and monitor KPIs, with responsibility for absence, conduct, performance and training per company policies.
