Hotel Security Team Lead – Lead, Respond & Train

Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Security Team Leader for Hilton London Bankside. The role leads the hotel security team, manages incidents, and ensures safety across guests, colleagues and assets.

You will monitor CCTV and security systems, maintain records, and support staff training on security, fire and health and safety procedures, while liaising with authorities to ensure compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position in London.
