Understanding needs and delivering market‑leading flooring systems from specification to site to ensure the best value for our partners.
Purpose of the Role
To achieve sales of the company’s flooring products through a focus on specification via strong customer relationships. To deliver sales and profitability for a specific geographical area in line with the business plan.

- To achieve pre‑agreed sales targets and KPIs by gaining specifications and building strong relationships with flooring contractor customers
- To identify potential new specialist contractor customers
- Carry out technical CPD/seminars to actively promote Sika’s range of solutions
- Promote new product introductions in line with the long‑term business plan and strategy
- Promote and identify opportunities for TM Flooring as well as other target markets
- Be up to date on all competitor activity within the specified area
