- Supervise and guide the secretarial and business support team to achieve objectives

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding administrative requirements
- Monitor and allocate resources to meet team and organisational goals effectively
- Prepare and manage budgets related to the business support department
- Oversee compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for training and development within the business support team
