£15,586 – £17,253 per annum, based on an FTE of £26,213 – £29,018 per annum

A minimum of 22 hours per week, (across 5 days), with flexible working arrangements or term-time only considered

About the Role

  • You will support the successful transition of students with additional learning needs into college
  • Coordinates pre-entry processes and identifies individual support requirements
  • Ensures appropriate support provision is in place from the outset
  • Contributes to the delivery of high-quality learning support across the college
  • Supports effective assessment processes and coordination of EHCP reviews
  • Helps ensure students are supported to achieve, progress, and succeed

About You

  • You are passionate about supporting students with additional needs to thrive in Further Education
  • You have experience working with SEND learners and understand transition planning and EHCP processes
  • You are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and complex processes effectively
  • You are a strong team player, able to collaborate with colleagues, curriculum staff and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for students
  • You are a confident communicator who can build positive relationships with students, families and stakeholders
