- Overseeing sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are met
- Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operatives
- Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to high performance
- Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld and continuously improved
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to drive efficiency and service quality
- Collaborating with stakeholders to support the wider success of the site
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced operational or warehouse environment
- A proactive leader with strong communication and team‑building skills
- Able to think on your feet, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Comfortable using data to track performance and make improvements
- A hands‑on, positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
