Overview
We are hiring a Global Digital Manager to play a central role in delivering impactful, multi-market campaigns for TikTok across EMEA. Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end coordination of global digital campaigns, from briefing through to launch and performance reporting
- Translate campaign strategy into clear, actionable deliverables such as media plans, budgets, and reporting frameworks
- Act as a central point of contact across local markets, hub teams, and activation specialists to drive alignment
- Manage timelines, workflows, and delivery plans to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
- Review campaign outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with central strategy across all markets
- Consolidate campaign performance data into clear insights and client‑ready presentations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative, solutions‑focused team culture
Qualifications
- Experience in digital media planning, activation, or campaign management
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, teams, and markets
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Ability to translate strategic direction into practical, high‑quality outputs
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Comfort working with data, performance reporting, and digital channel outputs
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
