Job Description:

Business Development – Major Japanese Real Estate Company

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday (Weekends and public holidays off)
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Partial remote work available (full in‑office attendance required during the probation period)
  • Manager‑track position
  • Business trips required (domestic and international)

Responsibilities

Corporate Sales

  • Develop and manage corporate sales activities targeting Japanese companies (both new and existing clients)
  • Acquire new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Participate in industry events
  • Plan and manage webinars
  • Develop and operate new content initiatives
  • Conduct surveys, analyze results, and support marketing‑related activities

Operations

  • Provide housing consultation services to clients
  • Search for and propose suitable properties
  • Accompany clients during property viewings
  • Support the application and contract process
  • Arrange appointments for bank account opening
  • Assist with utility setup (electricity, gas, water, etc.)
  • Search for and arrange serviced apartments
  • Provide support with school information and GP registration
  • Plan and manage client events
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Handle temporary payments and liaise with the accounting department

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Business‑level English proficiency
  • Ability to create proposal materials and webinar content
  • Experience in B2B sales of intangible services/products
  • Ability to manage financial calculations (profit/loss) for deal execution
  • Prior experience as a sales manager is a plus
  • Proactive mindset, especially suited for a newly established team (self‑starter attitude rather than a passive approach)
