Remote Bilingual Customer Support — Spanish/English

TalentPop App is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) to provide voice and chat support for our diverse customer base. You will handle inquiries with empathy, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate our ecommerce platform.
