Facilities Manager: Operations & Tenant Services

BAJ Freight & Logistics seeks a results-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee operations of buildings in Tema and other sites. The role reports to the Chief HR & Admin Officer and focuses on maintaining safe, compliant, and cost-efficient facilities.

You will supervise maintenance, manage tenants, coordinate events, and develop policies to improve service delivery while ensuring records and contracts are up to date.
