Planning Contributions & Compliance Officer (Flexible Hours)

South Norfolk and Broadland Councils are seeking a Legal Agreement Monitoring Officer to join the Planning Business Improvement Team. You will work with officers and developers to secure contributions and ensure compliance with planning obligations, including S106 and CIL requirements.

In this role you will prepare legal agreements, monitor payments from developers, track progress, manage records, respond to FOI requests, and contribute to the Annual Monitoring Report.
