Property Transfer Support Specialist

Innovus Group is looking for a Property Transfer Customer Support Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers in Torquay, delivering empathetic and clear service in line with our values. You’ll handle inbound queries, gather necessary information and perform privacy checks, using Word, Outlook and Excel to update records.

You will report to a Team Leader & Property Transfer Manager, work 35 hours per week Mon-Fri, and contribute to KPIs while developing in a collaborative team
