Senior Contracts Manager – Retrofit & Decarbonisation

Construction Resources Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple retrofit and refurbishment projects from mobilisation to completion. You will manage Site Managers, Supervisors, Tenant Liaison Officers, Quality Coordinators, and subcontractors to deliver safely, on programme, within budget and to high quality standards.
