Studio Manager – Packaging Reproduction

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced professional with a background in packaging reproduction to manage our in‑house creative studio. The role calls for strong leadership, mentoring, and efficient delegation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow and production schedules of the studio.
• Ensure brief clarity, aligning with policy, communications objectives, audience needs and insights.
• Arrange and attend client meetings.
• Deliver compelling, engaging, accessible content that meets communication purpose and audience needs.
• Work with account leads to define project scope, create detailed project plans, budgets and specifications.
• Brief and manage designers, developers, and technical teams.
• Conduct projects efficiently and effectively.
• Build strong relationships and networks within the organisation.
• Manage budgets and contracts, ensuring high‑standard delivery on time and to cost.
• Lead, motivate staff and identify development needs.
• Use independence and manage own schedule.

Qualifications

Experience in packaging or related creative production environments. Proven leadership, delegation, client communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
