Our client, a car dealer group head office based in Redditch, requires an Inbound Contact Centre Executive to join their high performing team.

Please note this is an office based role, no hybrid working or working from home available.

Please note, previous Contact Centre experience is not required as full training is provided. This role will suit anyone with an outgoing personality, an excellent telephone manner and the drive to achieve and outperform targets, and a stable career history.

• Basic salary of £25,000

Responsibilities

• Taking “warm” calls from existing customers
• Secure bookings for Servicing, Repairs & MOTs
• Be knowledgeable about the services and products available
• Maximise every opportunity
• Deliver the very highest levels of customer service
