You’ll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Knowledge of the self-employed courier model
  • Previous experience working in a customer-focused industry within a fast-paced operational role
  • Strong planning and organisational experience

Technical & People Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to empower teams with appropriate oversight and support recruitment/interview activity when required
  • Strong communicator across a dispersed workforce
  • IT proficient, including experience with digital dashboards
