We are seeking a MI & Data Co‑ordinator to support both Business as Usual (BAU) activities and a key rectification programme within a transforming team. This role has arisen due to a team split, creating a requirement for additional resource to ensure continuity of reporting and data analysis responsibilities.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst with strong reporting and data management capabilities who can contribute to maintaining high‑quality MI outputs while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and effective reporting delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain reporting outputs and a central SharePoint‑based Document Management System (DMS).
  • Collaborate with operational teams, BI, and FMS teams to align reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to metadata and data standards.
  • Establish and maintain processes for effective collection and storage of Management Information (MI).
  • Produce monthly KPI reports and other regular reporting outputs for stakeholders.
  • Build dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Administer access controls for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other systems including Insight and Tririga via Jira.
  • Manage and respond to data queries and reporting requests from internal and client stakeholders.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Strong background in data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros, advanced formulas, and XLOOKUPs.
  • Experience using SharePoint and Excel as reporting tools.
  • Experience with Tableau for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ability to analyse large datasets and produce meaningful insights.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating professional reporting packs.
  • A highly analytical and detail‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage complex datasets and deliver high‑quality reporting.
