What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Service Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Support Workers to perform at their best
• Ensure services meet regulatory standards and health & safety requirements
• Champion continuous improvement and positive outcomes for the people we support
• Play an active role in on-call support, helping the team when it matters most

What we’re looking for

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience supervising or leading within a care environment
• A proactive, supportive leadership style
• Flexibility to take part in a 24‑hour on‑call rota
