Traffic Manager

At evoke, we’re building a next-generation, AI-first creative studio designed for speed, scale and creative impact. As a Traffic Manager, you’ll play a central role keeping the studio running efficiently – ensuring projects flow seamlessly from briefing through to delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the intake, scheduling and tracking of creative projects across the studio, ensuring smooth progression from brief to delivery
• Assign work across creative pods based on priorities, timelines and team capacity
• Maintain clear visibility of all projects in progress, providing updates on status, timelines and potential risks
• Monitor workloads and balance resources across teams to support efficient delivery and avoid bottlenecks
• Identify and resolve workflow challenges, ensuring projects move effectively through each stage of production
• Coordinate delivery timelines, working closely with Creative Producers to prioritise urgent work and campaign launches
• Support the development of structured workflows and processes that enable scalable, predictable production output
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Studio leadership to align team capacity with business needs and campaign demands

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience as a Traffic Manager, Workflow Manager, Production Coordinator or similar within a creative or marketing environment
• Experience managing project workflows and scheduling across multiple campaigns and teams
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of creative production processes, with the ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
