AI Solutions Lead – Hybrid, Secure ML Architect

Segment (Twilio) is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to steer end-to-end AI/ML initiatives across the organisation. You will drive design of scalable, secure architectures, spanning data pipelines, model lifecycle, deployment, and monitoring, while providing technical leadership to AI Solution Engineers and delivery teams.

You will codify engineering standards, oversee secure coding and governance, and ensure alignment with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
