HR & Payroll Transformation Project Manager

Cornerstone is seeking a professional, hands-on Project Manager to deliver key systems and business process change projects on a 6-12 month fixed-term basis. You will lead the HR and Payroll system implementation across modules, while coordinating with HR, Finance and IT to align processes and drive improvements.

The role offers hybrid working across Scotland with occasional travel and a focus on delivering Cornerstone’s strategic plan.
