Library Services Supervisor: Lead Frontline & Community Outreach

Harpenden Library is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Supervisor to support the delivery of library strategies and act as a liaison between staff and library management. The role is based at Harpenden Library with limited duties at St Albans Library.

The post offers a starting salary of £25,583 per year, pro rata for part-time hours, with potential progression to £28,142. Hours are 33 per week; the contract is permanent in the Resources directorate.
