Hybrid Governance & Compliance Manager

A2Dominion is seeking a Governance Manager to join the Governance and Compliance team. You will work closely with the Head of Governance and Compliance to embed robust governance structures and processes across the organisation, influencing senior stakeholders and enabling transparent decision‑making.

In this role you will support Board and Committee chairs, manage governance risk, and lead continuous improvement of governance activities in a regulated housing-related environment.
