Mortgage Complaints Specialist – Hybrid (Leicester)

Broadgate is recruiting a Complaints Officer to join the compliance team of a mortgage network in Leicester. You will independently investigate, manage and resolve complaints and disputes, delivering fair outcomes in line with FCA requirements.

This hybrid role requires at least three years’ hands-on complaints handling in financial services, with a mortgage and protection background. You will apply DISP and other FCA guidance, liaise with external bodies, and maintain clear records.
