Charity & NFP Audit Senior / Assistant Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an ACA Qualified Audit Senior, Audit Supervisor, or Audit Assistant Manager with a strong interest or experience in the charity and not‑for‑profit sector. The role involves working exclusively with charity and NFP clients, leading audit assignments from planning to completion, supervising juniors, reviewing work, liaising with clients, and supporting business development and client events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Supervise junior staff and review their work.
• Liaise with charity and NFP clients and provide advisory support.
• Assist with new business development, marketing and attendance at charity‑specific functions and events.
• Occasionally support accounts preparation work if desired.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA Audit Senior or Audit Supervisor (recently qualified or up to 3 years PQE).
• Experience (or strong interest) in auditing charitable and not‑for‑profit clients.
• Currently employed at a UK‑based practice firm, with at least 50 % audit‑based workload.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audits, manage staff and act in an advisory capacity to clients.

Location

Central London – Zone 1 (Prime office location).
