Job Overview
Business Analyst supporting the organisation’s transformation projects, focusing on mortgage, savings and payments solutions. Work across the end‑to‑end delivery cycle to shape requirements, process maps, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Lead the creation of process maps, acceptance criteria and business readiness artefacts.
- Support the delivery of large‑scale technology‑based transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Engage stakeholders, facilitate decision‑making and nurture a pragmatic, people‑focused working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong background of the end‑to‑end business analysis lifecycle (requirements gathering to business readiness and delivery).
- Experience in mortgages, savings or payments.
- Agile working (ideally SAFe) and knowledge of Behaviour‑Driven Development (BDD).
- Experience working on large‑scale transformation programmes in financial services.
- Ability to work effectively on fixed‑term contracts (6–12 months).
