We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Project Manager to join our Training, Workforce and Organisational Development team. The team supports staff across Adult Social Care and leads the ambitious Workforce 2030 Programme. In this role you will play a key part in coordinating and delivering workforce projects linked to the Adult Social Care Workforce Board, including recruitment and retention, workforce campaigns, future workforce planning and initiatives that support both our internal workforce and the wider care market.

You will develop detailed project plans, work with senior stakeholders and partners, support new and innovative recruitment campaigns, use evidence and data to monitor impact, produce reports and business cases, and present updates to relevant boards and groups, including the Departmental Management Team.
