Maintenance & Compliance Leader — Student Housing

Unite Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Manchester City Centre to lead maintenance across a cluster of student accommodation properties. You will own building safety, compliance and maintenance performance, managing a team and external contractors to deliver a high‑quality living environment for residents.

You’ll coordinate PPM and reactive works, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes and cost control.
