Plant Operations & Performance Lead

Vital Energi Utilities Limited seeks an Operations and Performance Manager for our Drakelow site. You will lead safe, efficient plant operations, optimise waste disposal, electricity generation and recyclate recovery, and ensure alignment with quality, health and safety, and environmental licences.

You will act as Lead SAP, manage data-driven performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in procedures, training, and reporting.
