Therapeutic Children’s Home Deputy Manager

Fairview Children’s Home, part of Derbyshire County Council, is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead day-to-day operation and ensure high standards of care.

Working with the Registered Manager, you will supervise staff, promote trauma-informed practice, oversee care planning, safeguarding and compliance.

The role requires a confident leader with a therapeutic presence for children and staff, and the ability to manage rotas, recruitment, budgets and partnerships.
