Search is looking for a motivated Courier Trainer to join their team in Belfast with an immediate start. This position involves training new couriers and ensuring operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, logistics, or retail and possess strong IT skills. The role requires you to support onboarding, monitor operations, and build relationships with couriers. It’s a temporary role for 2-3 months with potential extension till Xmas 2026.
Flexible work schedule includes 39 hours per week across 5 days.
