Strategic Finance Compliance & Controls Manager

Ricoh UK is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial control, statutory reporting, and MTB compliance for the northern region. You will own the balance sheet, coordinate with FP&A, and ensure adherence to group accounting standards.

You will manage a small team of up to 3, drive SOX testing, support audits, and contribute to cash forecasting and governance. A qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or international equivalent and strong Excel skills are essential.
