Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects? This Project Manager role requires planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure their completion within specified timelines and to the specified scope. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Stakeholder management and effective implementation and maintenance of project governance are crucial to the success within and beyond this role.

Key Details

  • Job Title: Project Manager
  • Salary: up to 40,000 plus potential of performance based bonus
  • Location: Liverpool City Centre on a Hybrid basis
  • Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 to 5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Define and document project scope, identifying deliverables and goals that align with business strategy.
  • Maintain project plans and schedules from initiation through to release / implementation.
  • Adhere to necessary regulatory requirements and security protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Eg. Conduct DPIA’s and facilitate security reviews at relevant points in the project lifecycle.
  • Implement effective project governance practices including regular meetings, accurate reporting and detailed documentation.
  • Lead teams to deliver increments of value within clearly defined timeboxes and to predefined levels of quality.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Attend and run daily standups.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager, financial services/ Insurance sector would be beneficial
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, Azure and Ms Office
  • Excellent understanding and successful implementation of project methodologies to facilitate delivery
  • Confidence and clear in communication across all platforms with stakeholders at any level

  • Successful project launches, both in quality and timeline.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction in both delivery and communication throughout project lifecycle.
  • Adherence to compliance and security standards with every release.
  • Effective leadership of multi-skilled / cross functional teams to maintain release quality and frequency through collaboration.
