Senior Project Manager – Social Housing Planned Works (UK)

The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee social housing planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will manage projects from inception to completion, leading teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required qualifications include an SMSTS certificate and at least five years’ experience in a similar role. A competitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000 per annum is offered, alongside a car allowance.
