Job Overview

Bureau Manager – Tesco Travel Money. Location: IvyBridge – Lee Mill. Hours: 30 per week. Salary: £23,493 per annum. Contract: Temp, Part Time – 6 Months Fixed Term. A job where you can grow, lead, and make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and championing your team to deliver excellence every day.
• Working towards KPIs and delivering on targets.
• Reviewing data to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring the bureau consistently meets compliance metrics, passes internal audits, and operates according to standard operating procedures.
• Working in a fast‑paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately.
• Providing expert advice on products and services.
• Following company processes and ensuring all operations stay on track.

Qualifications

• Passionate people leader who leads from the front.

• Experience in driving and delivering revenue, performance and excellence.
• Strong retail‑based background with a passion for customer service and a positive can‑do attitude.
