Senior Reward Analyst — Hybrid (Reading) & Strategic Impact

Annapurna is partnering with a large UK organisation to recruit a Senior Reward Analyst or Reward Consultant. The role is hybrid in Reading, with 2 days on site per week, and focuses on supporting salary review cycles, benchmarking, job evaluation and reward analytics.

You will work with senior stakeholders, develop reward frameworks, governance and reporting, and help deliver high-profile reward projects. The package includes £45,000-£60,000 and a strong benefits plan.
