Hybrid Operations Manager for Defence Projects

Allan Webb seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations for the Frameworks account with hybrid working arrangements, including home-based work and regular office/customer site visits (2–3 times per month).

You will manage reporting, risk systems, TOF processes, forecasting for opportunities, QA of documents, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring timely delivery and KPI compliance across resources.
