Hybrid Operations Manager for Defence Frameworks

Allan Webb Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the MOD Framework Accounts. The role is hybrid, with office and customer site visits 2–3 times per month, reporting to the Senior Programme Manager of Frameworks.

You will manage reports, risk, TOF processes, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement across embedded contract personnel, ensuring delivery against time, cost and quality. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Power BI is essential.
