Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Electronic Services Product offering to meet customer requirements.
- Identify gaps in product functionality and prioritise the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to maximise electronic service opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Translate client requirements into high‑level specifications for the IT Development team.
- Work with the IT Development team to understand technical constraints and trade‑offs around implementation.
- Prepare and present business cases for new initiatives supported by analytics and product research.
- Conduct internal stakeholder training to increase product awareness.
- Manage budget planning and revenue for the product line.
Qualifications & Skills

- Good working knowledge of the postal industry, DM and/or transactional market.
- Advanced literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent customer‑facing, verbal and written communication skills.
