Job Description:

SHM Landscapes was established 1998 by Seamus Maguire who acquired their horticulture qualification from CAFRE Greenmount. SHM specialise in design and build of new landscapes for mostly private clients with small percentage of commercial work. Located near Garvagh we also carry out all hard and soft landscaping.

SHM Landscapes are seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time landscaping and groundwork specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of landscaping including lawns, groundwork, paving, fencing and planting. The role requires a keen eye for detail a passion for outdoor work, and the ability to work independently. 40 hour week, salary starting from £13.5 £16 per hour depending on experience and age.

Criteria for application

proven experience in landscaping

proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools

ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and product data

excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

strong communication and teamwork skills

attention to detail

valid drivers license, including entitlement to drive a vehicle with trailer

experience in hard landscaping procedure

ground preparation

experience of using machinery in landscaping

Essential criteria

CSR card or equivalent

driving license
